Terms of Entry & Engagement

These Terms of Entry and Engagement (“Terms”) govern access to private property operated by GulfCore Group LLC (“GulfCore,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By entering the premises without a confirmed appointment and engaging in solicitation-related activity, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must immediately leave the property.

1. Purpose

GulfCore operates professional services from private property. These Terms exist to protect company time and resources from unsolicited interruptions and to establish conditions for any uninvited engagement.

2. Definition of Uninvited Solicitation

“Uninvited Solicitation” includes, but is not limited to:

Door-to-door sales
Marketing or promotional activity
Service offers or estimates
Surveys or research requests
Religious or political outreach
Requests for donations
Any commercial or non-commercial solicitation conducted without a confirmed appointment

3. Consultation Fee

Any Uninvited Solicitation conducted on GulfCore property is subject to a professional consultation fee of:

$500 per hour, billed in 15-minute increments (15-minute minimum).

Time is measured from the initiation of interaction (including doorbell activation or knocking) until departure from the premises.

4. Acceptance of Terms

Acceptance of these Terms occurs upon any of the following actions:

Ringing the doorbell
Knocking on the door
Remaining on the premises after viewing posted notice
Engaging in solicitation-related conversation

These actions constitute affirmative acceptance of the consultation fee and related terms.

5. Authorized Visitors & Exemptions

The following are expressly exempt from these Terms and are considered authorized visitors:

USPS, Amazon, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and other recognized parcel delivery services
Scheduled service providers and contractors with confirmed appointments
Emergency responders
Invited guests and personal visitors

These Terms apply solely to unsolicited solicitation activities.

6. Recording & Documentation

For security and documentation purposes, entry and interactions may be recorded via audio and video monitoring systems. Such recordings may be used to determine duration of engagement and verify acceptance of these Terms.

7. Invoicing & Payment

Invoices may be issued electronically or by mail.

Payment is due within fifteen (15) days of receipt.

Unpaid balances may be referred for collections or pursued in small claims court where permitted by law.

8. Revocation of License to Enter

GulfCore reserves the right to revoke permission to remain on the property at any time. Failure to leave immediately upon request may constitute trespass.

9. Limitation of Liability

GulfCore assumes no liability for individuals entering the premises without authorization or in violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
